ICPMF co-organized the Predictive Microbiology Software Fair at the Food Micro Conference in Germany (Berlin). The workshop was supported by the International Committee of Food Microbiology and Hygiene (ICFMH). Participants from Academia, Industry and Government attended the Software Fair, which consisted of an introductory session, in which software developers presented in 5 minutes to the Audience (flash presentations), the main features and applications of several well-known software tools. Then, a hands-on session was performed, in which attendees could take a closer look at the different tools, developing specific case-studies and deepening into the potential applications of the software.
